XAttackBeing fast and gaining explosive burst of energy is what this program is all about, X-CHEETAH was built keeping an athlete on mind who is training to get ready for his playing season. X-CHEETAH totally lives up to the name, athletes at the end of the program are able to jump higher, run and throw faster, not to mention that their cardio vascular level would kick their fellow athletes asses.

This is a 3-phase workout program that introduces your body to a fresh workout plan every month, to keep shocking your body to show you constant effective results. Since athletes require a constant supply of energy, to keep performing well there is only a single diet plan followed through out the course of the 3 phases.

Phase 1 (day 1 – to 30)
Workout:- This workout plan is going to introduce your body to a ton of new moves and styles of workout which will start building explosive muscle and shave off the excess fat that slows athletes down. This workout plan is nothing like you have ever done before.

Diet:-This diet plan is designed for a hard core athlete, training for an upcoming season, the focus of the diet is to provide the client with enough amount of energy while improving the explosive strength level of an individual.

Phase 2 (day 31 – to 60)
Workout:- This phase concentrates a lot upon training the athletes in a professional high intensity sports training camp. The workout is a combination of some of the best training styles used in different sports. This phase will start showing you some real crazy results.

Diet:-This diet plan is designed for a hard core athlete, training for a upcoming season, the focus of the diet is to provide the client with enough amount of energy while improving the explosive strength level of an individual.

Phase 3 (day 61 – to 90)
Workout:- This is phase simply ups the ante from phase 2, this phase in going to increase your strength and stamina tremendously. Plain and simple this phase represents X(extreme) in X-HULK. If you successfully completed this phase then my friend you are no less than an animal, a cheetah.
