I have never worked out I don’t  even know if I could do a single push up. Is X Attack for me?
X Attack programs are for anyone who is willing to give it all for 90 days to get to their goals. Most of the exercises in the program has 3 to 4 level at which each of the workouts could be done, depending on your current physical ability. I am 35+, is it too late for me to start working out?
According to science, male and female metabolism start slowing down after the age of 32. So people might start seeing certain changes in their bodies it could be lack of stamina, a sudden spike in your body weight etc. Working out along with a good diet plan will help speed up your metabolism again. I personally don’t know of any age were you can not workout, you are just as able to stuff as u keep your self

What all equipments do I need to follow a X Attack program at home?
A set of resistance band or some weight and a pull is all you need to start with most effective program designed in human history.

Can training at home really be effect, do I not need big machine that are in the gyms to see results?
There is nothing like training at the privacy of your own home, Most of the big machines you see at the gym concentrates on an one single muscle while working out, we at X Attack use mostly your body weight to work on a lot of muscle group at the same time this phenomenal is know as “compound exercises”. This is the reason why our clients burn so many clients with every workout and see phenomenal results.

How long does it take to receive the product after ordering it?
If you are living in any Metropolitan city then you will have the product with you in at least 5 to 7 business days, and if you are in a Non-Metropolitan city then you will have your product in 8 to 10 business days. 

I have a very busy schedule, how much time do I have to devote on a daily basis towards the workout?
X Attack requires only 6 to 7 hrs a week from you; the good part is since you are going to be working out at you don’t have any time restrictions you can workout late at night, early in the morning, or during afternoon. So whenever you are free at home no matter what or what kind of weather it is, you are good to workout.
